Our Vision: Remove Barriers. Solve Problems. Make Improvements.
We are driven by the desire to help people solve business problems.
As Director of Engineering, I often faced constraints in leading all the improvement efforts I envisioned due to limited capacity and a shortage of headcount for dedicated improvement roles. In seeking external resources to facilitate these improvements, I encountered challenges in finding a suitable consultant.
I aspire to fill the role of the consultant I once needed, driving improvements and supporting the growth of my clients’ organization.
Our Mission: Drive Collaborative, Sustainable Change
Jim Brown Consulting partners with people in collaborative relationships to create sustainable change through the development and execution of Engineering Strategies.
People are the change. That’s what it’s all about.
People are a valuable asset in businesses, often insufficiently available in the right roles and at the right times. Obtaining additional headcount is a challenging task, yet essential for maintaining business operations.
Enacting significant change demands considerable effort. To achieve substantial and lasting improvements, individuals with the capacity to work on improvement projects are crucial. If the workforce is already operating at full capacity, there are two options: either add resources or identify areas to discontinue to facilitate change.
However, not performing essential tasks to keep the business running is never a viable choice. Jim Brown Consulting specializes in driving improvements and fostering business success, providing support to navigate these challenges.
