As Director of Engineering, I often faced constraints in leading all the improvement efforts I envisioned due to limited capacity and a shortage of headcount for dedicated improvement roles. In seeking external resources to facilitate these improvements, I encountered challenges in finding a suitable consultant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
